Professional Experience
Camila de Oliveira Beloni is an attorney practicing labor law, with experience also in civil, family and social security law, mostly advising companies on labor law, both in litigation and consulting. In consulting, she has experience in calculating liabilities and assessing litigation risks. In litigation, she has presented oral arguments and prepared defenses and petitions.

She has professional experience with different judicial entities in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, such as the Office of the Attorney General (Procuradoria Geral do Estado) and Labor Court of Appeals for the 24th Region. In the private sector, she has worked in prestigious labor law firms, such as Mascaro Nascimento Advocacia Trabalhista (2012 to 2015), Pinheiro Advogados (2015) and Caetano Silva Advogados (2015 to 2017).

She has also concluded several courses on labor, civil and family law, both in the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul, having developed extensive academic research on common-law marriage in Brazil at Mato Grosso do Sul State University (Universidade Estadual de Mato Grosso do Sul – UEMS), including presentations at seminars and symposiums in the cities of Dourados and Paranaíba, financed partly by the Institutional Scientific Initiation Scholarship Program (Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica – PIBIC) of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico – CNPq).

In 2017, she joined as associate attorney at Filhorini Advogados Associados and in 2018 became a partner of the labor law area.
