Professional Experience
Caio Fabrício da Silva is an attorney specialized in social security law, with additional experience in labor law, civil law, and family and succession law.
In social security law, he has extensive in the resolution of matters involving the Brazilian General Social Security System (Regime Geral da Previdência Social – INSS), the Brazilian Federal Civil Servant Retirement System (Regimes Próprios dos Servidores – RPPS), the Brazilian Armed Forces Pension Plann (Previdência dos Militares) and, also private pension plans.

He has expertise in helping clients to obtain social security and welfare benefits, as well as calculating monthly income subject to social security contributions, among other matters.

In social security law he also has experience in analyzing social security plans, including regarding executives and expatriates.

In civil law, he has wide experience in resolving matters involving contractual adjustments involving adverse possession, repossession and eviction cases, and indemnification for expropriation by eminent domain, and consumer protection. His experience in real estate is equally relevant, particularly with purchase contracts, consulting and general litigation.

He also has worked for over 10 years in family and succession law, with relevant experience in cases with medium and high complexity and estate planning.
